Questions, bugs, or a workout suggestion that made no sense — all welcome. Telling me what the coach got wrong is the most useful thing you can send.

Common questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up, no email address, and no password. The app works the moment you open it.
- Where is my data stored?
- On your device, and in your own private iCloud if you are signed in. It syncs between your devices through your Apple Account. It is never sold and never shared.
- I reinstalled the app and it asked me to set up again.
- Your data is restored from iCloud, but the download is not instant. Force-quit the app, wait a minute or two on Wi-Fi, and reopen it. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account as before.
- Why did it suggest an exercise I can't do?
- Check your equipment in Settings — the app only suggests movements it believes you have the kit for. You can also swap any exercise, and it learns from what you keep swapping away.
- Why is my session shorter than the length I set?
- That length is door to door, including warm-up and cool-down. The app budgets against the clock and tells you on the Today screen when it had to trim a set or leave a movement out to fit.
- Something hurts. What should I do?
- Stop. Flag the joint in the pre-workout check-in and the app removes every movement that loads it. If pain is sharp, persistent, or anything feels wrong in your chest, stop training and speak to a doctor. The app is not a clinician and cannot assess you.
- How do I delete my data?
- Deleting the app removes the copy on your device. To remove the synced copy, go to iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → True Balance → Delete Data.
